The IBS and IVR seminars address the needs of anyone working with these products and are structured as follows:
- Administration – covers the functionality and responsibilities applicable to administrators. Someone in this position would be responsible for administering other employees' access to the back-office applications, as well as monitoring audit logs for reporting to management and auditors
- Customer Service – directed primarily at operators assigned customer service-related functions. Someone in this position would typically be responsible for creating and maintaining end-user profiles, resetting cookies and passwords, as well as providing first-tier customer support for end-user inquiries
- Operations – aimed at operators assigned reports functionality. Daily operational tasks include processing core balance and history files, as well as creating a multitude of reports, one of which contains transactions submitted by end-users to be processed by the core system
IBS and IVR courses are instructor-led Web-based seminars. Participants follow along with a participant guide, which is developed and delivered by an in-house trainer with expert product knowledge. Sessions include demonstration-based examples, with plenty of time for questions. Participants are encouraged to enroll for sessions during implementation just as soon as they have gained hands-on site knowledge of the product.
Materials for each course include a participant guide as well as a course feedback form. Meeting details are usually communicated to the participants via email invitations and include links to the visual portion as well as a dial-in number for the audio portion.
Courses vary in duration between 1 and 2 hours and are typically presented to groups of 2 to 3 financial institutions at a time. We can also present at your training facilities – contact your account executive for more information.
